Do we really need to carry out a performance review for 2021?

Well, looking at the year when most of our annual plans have gone out the window, defining  what "success“ really  looks like is going to be a BIG challenge. Working around  current goals and altering KPIs is not going to work. Using current measurement standards for good work and impact is not only unrealistic, but it is  non-inclusive. That's why it's important to be aware  that this year’s  performance review needs to be different.
